1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of the holiday apartment "Dacasa", Neuwiesstrasse 13, 7050 Arosa, Switzerland, regardless of whether the booking is made through Airbnb or directly with the owners. Airbnb's Terms of Service also apply where relevant. In the event of any conflict, mandatory Airbnb policies shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Confirmation

The accommodation agreement becomes legally binding upon a confirmed booking via Airbnb or upon written booking confirmation for direct bookings. By completing the booking, the guest accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices displayed at the time of booking apply. Payments made through Airbnb are subject to Airbnb's payment terms. For direct bookings, the full amount is due no later than 30 days before arrival without deduction. IBAN: CH22 0077 4010 3842 5940 1 If payment is not received on time, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking and charge the applicable cancellation fees.

4. Liability for Damage

Guests are fully liable for any damage caused by themselves or their accompanying guests. Any damage must be reported immediately. For Airbnb bookings, damage claims are handled through the Airbnb Resolution Center. For direct bookings, damages will be invoiced directly.

5. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in 50% of the total booking amount for cancellations between 7 and 30 days before check-in 100% of the total booking amount for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in or in the event of a no-show

6. Use of the Accommodation

The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking. Subletting, parties, events and commercial use are strictly prohibited. Any violation entitles the owners to terminate the stay immediately without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

The owners are not liable for loss of personal belongings, force majeure or disruptions beyond their reasonable control.

8. Data Protection

Personal data will be used solely for the processing of the booking and will not be disclosed to third parties without authorisation.

9. Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered place of residence of the owners.
