To help ensure that all guests enjoy their stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.

Check-in & Check-out:

• Check-in from 4:00 pm
• Check-out by  10:00 am

General

• Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own home.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Please respect quiet hours from  10:00 pm onwards.

Cleaning & Departure

• Please start the dishwasher before you leave.
• You are welcome to remove the bed linen before departure, but this is entirely optional.
• A recycling station for glass, PET bottles and aluminium  is available in the entrance area.

Smoking & Pets

• The apartment is non-smoking.  
• Dogs are welcome with prior notice. Please observe our house rules for dogs.

Keys

• Please return the key to the key box when checking out.

Pets

• A maximum of 1 dog is allowed per stay.
• Dogs must not be left alone in the apartment.
• Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas or other upholstered furniture. 
• Please bring your own dog bed or blanket and food/water bowls.
• Please do not use the apartment’s hand or bath towels for your dog.
• Please clean dirty or wet paws before entering the apartment.
• Dogs should be house-trained.
• Please always pick up after your dog around the house and property.
• The dog owner is responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs caused by the dog.
• We charge an additional CHF 50 per stay for dogs.

Anything Else?

• Please be respectful of our neighbours and the surrounding area.
